Wanting a full refund on my credit of $228.50, since unable to use timely for tickets

Tried multiple times to deal directly w/Goldstar to use my credit to get tickets, both today & yesterday on their website. I'm afraid by the time I do hear back, the best seats will be gone for the price range I want w/ selecting own seats. It's difficult to submit a request to speak to a customer service rep. Before their change in policy, they use to be prompt in replying to questions, almost immediately,no longer. I'm so frustrate that I want a full refund in my credit. This same issue happened to me last November, 2023 to get tickets, needing a special code for my credit payment. No one told me I'd need to reach out & get another code w/each purchase of tickets w/credit...how time consuming, frustrating and annoying. Before the new policy of ticketing, my credit was automatically applied from my account. Why should it be different?? Please help to get me a refund for total credit balance in my account. Thank you. Canceled my tickets for no parent reason didn't even send a notice or anything that they are Canceled then said they sent my money back didn't notify groupon that they canceled Just my ticket but they was a help on getting a hold of groupon thank you for that

I purchased 3 tickets to the nutcracker in Atlanta,ga for 2pm on December 24th. When I arrived at the event they advised the show had started at 1pm not as advertised on the Goldstar tickets. No response from customer service after multiple attempts.

Tickets purchased for show that was cancelled twice. Received a email to see if I wanted a check or a credit for my money back. . I sent my address requesting a check. Goldstar said they credited my card back. After speaking and working with my bank, it was discovered that I NEVER received the refund of over $300.00 I am very disappointed and will file a claim with the BBB

I ordered my ticket for John Legend at the Hollywood Bowl. I have the receipt. I screenshot it. But I do not have a link that came in my email and because we went through the website there's no history of it. I'm very disappointed that you can't contact anybody here to resolve this issue and I don't believe they're going to take care of it at the Hollywood Bowl because it's a third party issue.
